New look for Flan! I havent drawn her in forever either. She needs some friends ;-; (and her creator needs to start rping with her more) so I decided to re-vamp her look to be more cute. Also I wasnt to satisfied with her old one. But she looks so much cuter now (and more her age) >-<

P.S. If ya didnt notice I'm having fun with parasols/umbrellas. (just learned to draw em)
