Otto and Victoria Contest Entry #1

Well, my favorite artist ever is holding a contest with two of my favorite characters, Otto and Victoria. Of course, I had to enter (despite the fact the 18+ group is going to be full of really talented artists) Even though I've kind of been practicing my digital, I feel like traditional was kind of the way to go for a coloring contest to win a coloring book.
